High School - Why Choose Sturgeon?

Home » Programs » High School

Exploring your options in a close, caring environment – this is why so many students choose Sturgeon Public Schools high schools. Our top-quality, innovative programming opens a world of possibilities for our students – all in the safe, welcoming environment of their own community.

Sturgeon Composite High School and Redwater High School have a great culture, where students get to know each other and form lifelong friendships. With smaller class sizes, students get the individual attention they need to succeed. Teacher-parent relationships are also strong and impactful. Sturgeon also offers alternative high school programming at two learning centres and the Oak Hill School for boys.

We work with students every step of the way to give them the best possible start to their adult life. The result is excellent achievement and graduation rates. Our schools are highly respected by post-secondary institutions in Alberta and beyond.
