The Corporate Services Department serves as the secretary to the Board of Trustees and provides all financial and budgetary management.
It oversees transportation services and coordinates the capital plan including modular requests and infrastructure and maintenance renewal. All agreements and insurance contracts are managed through the department, which also includes accounts payable, accounts receivable, grants management and payroll services.
In its secretarial role, the department distributes and publishes material for the Board of Trustees including meeting agendas and minutes. It also coordinates student enrollment data, tracking numbers and submitting information and reports as required to Alberta Education.
