Education Plan
The Division's Education Plan articulates the Board's approved outcomes, measures and strategies to meet our priority of Student Success and Division Wellness. Using key insights from the Annual Education Results Report, the Division's Education Plan directs the work in schools and at a system level.
For the Education Plan 2025-2028, the Division's priority of Student Success and Division Wellness includes the following three goals:
- Empowered Student and Staff Learning
- Healthy, Safe, School Communities
- Future Readiness, and Innovative Learning
By focusing on these three goals, Sturgeon Public Schools will empower students to succeed in a changing world and foster a safe, respectful, and collaborative learning environment for all.

The Education Plan must be approved by the Board and posted on the Division website by May 31 each year and the Annual Education Results Report must be approved and posted on the website by November 30.
